I just wanted to thank you very much for all the trouble you
went through to get my picture scanned at your wife’s office
the night before you left for Toronto. I did try 8 different
photography stores after discovering that Japan Camera closed
at 6pm but none of them were able to scan the photo to disk
immediately. They all needed to send it away. So I had come
back to the mall with the intention of just ordering the
picture frame for however long it would take but you were so
very accommodating and helpful and I cannot thank you enough
for the favour! Your service was excellent, your staff were
kind and the crystal looks absolutely beautiful! I would definitely
recommend it to anyone looking to get a gorgeous and unique gift!
